1. Provider and scope
The provider is Nico Jaroszewski, Schlosstalstrasse 202, 8408 Winterthur, Switzerland ("we"). These terms apply to the use of the platform and all associated features, for consumers and business customers alike. Where a provision applies only to consumers or only to business customers, it says so.
2. Offering and plans
Agentic School offers a free plan (Courses 1 and 2, guides, tools, glossary and community) and paid subscriptions: Pro, which additionally unlocks Courses 3 to 5 and the other Pro features, and Team, which provides Pro for several people. The current scope and prices of each plan are shown on the pricing page (https://agenticschool.dev/pricing); the information shown when you order is binding. During early access, Pro lessons may be open to everyone for free for a while; this is a voluntary preview and creates no claim to continued free access.
3. Account and registration
For sync, community features and subscriptions you need an account. You must provide truthful information, keep your access data confidential and use only one personal account. Accounts and Pro access may not be shared.
4. Ordering a subscription
You order a subscription through our checkout, operated by our payment provider Stripe. Before paying you see the plan, billing interval, price, applicable taxes and these terms. By clicking the payment button you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when the payment is authorised and your access is activated. You receive a confirmation by email. The contract language is English, German, French or Italian, depending on the language you use.
5. Prices, billing and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period: monthly plans every month, yearly plans as one payment per year (the pricing page shows yearly plans converted to a monthly amount). Where we are required to charge VAT, GST or sales tax, it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Invoices and receipts are available in the billing portal.
6. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time, without giving reasons, in your account under Settings > Billing (customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep full access until then and receive a confirmation by email. If a payment fails, we keep your access for up to 7 days while the payment is retried; if it remains unpaid, the subscription ends. Apart from the money-back guarantee (section 7) and mandatory law, payments for periods already started are not refunded pro rata.
7. Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee: if Agentic School Pro or Team is not worth it to you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the first payment of your first subscription. Just email info@agenticschool.dev (or reply to any of our emails) from your account's email address. We refund the full amount of that first payment to the original payment method, usually within 10 days, and end the subscription. The guarantee applies once per customer and to the first payment only, not to later renewals or seats added afterwards, and not in cases of obvious abuse (for example repeated sign-ups to obtain refunds).
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. For digital content supplied immediately, this right expires once supply begins, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout we ask for exactly this consent with the following text: "I agree to the Terms and ask for my Pro access to start right away. I understand that this ends my 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee still applies." Without this consent the checkout cannot be completed. To the extent your subscription qualifies as a digital service and a right of withdrawal still applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract by sending us a clear statement (for example by email to info@agenticschool.dev); you then owe a proportionate amount for the service provided until the withdrawal. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee remains available to you in any case. Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online contracts.
9. Team plan and seats
The Team plan includes 5 seats; more seats can be added at the price shown on the pricing page. The person who buys the plan (owner) holds one seat and assigns the others to email addresses under Settings > Billing. A seat gives the person who signs in with that verified email address full Pro access while the Team subscription is active. Seats are personal and may not be shared; the owner can reassign them. If the number of seats is reduced, the most recently assigned seats lose access first. The owner is responsible for being allowed to give us the team members' email addresses.
10. Price changes
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We notify you by email at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect for your subscription; it applies from the first renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal, and your subscription ends at the end of the current period. Founding-member launch prices remain unchanged for as long as the subscription continues without interruption.
11. Content and rights of use
All academy content is protected by copyright. For your own further education you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use, for paid content for the duration of your subscription. Sharing, reselling or redistributing content, in particular Pro content, and automated mass downloads are not permitted. We continuously update and improve courses; individual lessons may be revised, merged or replaced, while the overall scope of a plan is maintained.
12. Community rules
Stay concrete, respectful and practical. Spam, abuse, unlawful or offensive content is prohibited and may be moderated or removed. For your own contributions you grant us the right to display them within the platform.
13. Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, further development and technical faults can lead to interruptions.
14. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. The content is educational and comes without a guarantee of success.
15. Changes to these terms
We may adapt these terms, for example for new features or a changed legal situation. For existing subscriptions we notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect; if you object, you can cancel your subscription before then. The version published here, with the date shown above, applies.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence and may also sue in the courts there.
17. Severability
Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
