The campus starts free of charge. Content can be read, saved and edited locally. Future paid offerings will be clearly marked and agreed separately.
3. Account and registration
For sync and community features you can create a free account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access data and assure that you provide truthful information.
4. Content and rights of use
All academy content is protected by copyright. For your personal further education you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use. Commercial redistribution is prohibited without consent.
5. Community rules
Stay concrete, respectful and practical. Spam, abuse, unlawful or offensive content is prohibited and may be moderated or removed. For your own contributions you grant us the right to display them within the platform.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not owe it. Maintenance, further development and technical faults can lead to interruptions.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Content is educational and comes without a guarantee of success.
8. Right of withdrawal
As access is currently free, no payment obligations arise. For future paid digital offerings we will inform consumers separately about the statutory right of withdrawal before the contract is concluded.
9. Changes to the terms
We may adapt these terms, for example for new features or a changed legal situation. The version published here with the date stated above is authoritative.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Severability clause
Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
